Delivery and Returns
We aim to package and dispatch items within 1-3 working days of purchase. Items for Delivery to UK Mainland addresses are sent via Royal Mail second Class ( this is the most cost effective service allowing us to keep postal prices down while still providing you with a trackable service) and arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. During busy postal periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and Sales, please allow a little longer for delivery.
International orders are posted using a variety of services based on your Country.
If you wish to have your item sent via courier or special delivery, please message us via Facebook or Email prior to purchase to discuss your available options.
All items are dispatched directly from Our Doncaster (UK) store. We update the website regularly by manually updating stock levels but in rare cases human error can occur. If for any reason the item you order is not in stock we will refund you straight away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE ACCEPT RETURNS SUBJECT TO THESE CONDITIONS. ..
Returned items must be sent back within 28 days from you receiving the order.
Returned items must be in a saleable condition, for example we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke, are covered in pet hairs or have makeup / perfume stains. Items should be returned unwashed in the original packaging ( where applicable ) and include all labels and tags. Footwear returns must include the original box ( which must itself be packaged before returning). All items will be checked upon return. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on hosiery or earrings.
RETURNS ARE FREE FOR UK CUSTOMERS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us, but if you do need to return an item due to sizing problems or you simply changed your mind, that's absolutely no problem! Just send it back to us within 28 days for either store credit (in the form of a gift card redeemable in store/online ), an exchange or a full refund.
To return an item to Wonderland Awaits, simply send it back to us using the address at the bottom of this section, enclosing a small note with your order number (found on your confirmation and dispatch emails) letting us know if you would like a refund or a different product or size.
It will be your responsibility to pay the return postage costs but these will be fully refunded to you via PayPal on receipt of the returned item .
As soon as we receive your parcel we'll send you an email confirming that we've had it back and another to let you know when its been processed. If you require an exchange , the item will automatically be sent out to you via the information you state on the returns form. If you want store credit, an online code can be sent to you or a gift card posted to you to use in store. Refunds will be credited back to your card or your PayPal account depending on your original Order payment method. The money will usually be back in your account within a few days, however please allow up to 7 day's during busy periods or Bank Holidays.
